Front-swing spiral welded mill introduction:               

The steel coils are unfolded and leveled by the mill equipment. And they are sent to the forming machine in a certain angle. Supplemented by a certain angle, the continual pipes are formed in the principle of three-roll rolling machine. Continual spiral welding is welded by submerged-arc welding machine. When the uncoiling, coil detaching, leveling, steel cutting and welding are working, the host machine needs to stop and wait. After the steel welding finishing, the host machine starts to work again. The front-swing spiral welded pipe mill adopts intermittent production method with advantages such as low investment, and simple convenient.

According to the different function of our products, the front swing spiral welded pipe mills are divides in to API standard model and national standard model. API standard model mainly produces the delivery pipe with petroleum or natural gas (long distance).the material and quality of the steel pipe need to be very good. The requirements for mill equipment and testing equipment also are very high. National standard model produces the pipe used for short distance delivery of natural gas or water, the pipeline construction in the city, the structure pipe, column pipe and so on. A.Uncoiler automatic centering function(patent technology):
There is the centering button on the operation stand of uncoiler. When the button is switched on, the double cone heads will automatically centralize the mill centerline. Then, the coil center is consistent to the mill center. It is no need to adjust with the vertical rollers. The production efficiency is improved and the instability is decreased.
B.Vertical roller automatic centering function(patent technology):
There is centering button on the vertical roller operation stand. When the button is switched on, two vertical rollers will automatically centralize the mill centerline. Then, the steel center automatically centers the mill center. It is no need to have the adjustment. Centering is important in manufacturing the pipes. Especially, when the steel has the steel ends cutting and steel welding, the steels have no need to be adjusted. Then, the time is saved and production efficiency is improved.
C.the cutter head automatically adjustment function of edge miller(patent technology):
After the steel thickness and material are set up, the cutter head speed of two edges. The mill can be automatically adjusted according to the main machine. It guarantees the accuracy and timeliness and longs the blade life. 
Besides, this mill has the steel end bending device of uncoiler to guarantee the smooth feeding of steel end. The split and combined structure will be adopted when the steel is sheared and welded, which let the beveling to be reached.

Installation and commissioning
The seller provides on-site installation and guidance services. The seller's visas, round-trip airfare, meals, and accommodation are the responsibility of the buyer, and the seller's staff will pay USD 100 per person per day.
