LSAW and SSAW Pipe Hydrotester
LSAW and SSAW pipe hydrotester is mainly used for testing the pipe. It adopts polyamine end sealing and internal support large gap sealing two kinds of sealing method. Besides, this line has oil-water balance system. The industrial computer can record, store, and print the testing results. The hydrotester has the advantages such as stable pressure, high safety.
The hydrotester in our company can test the pipe diameter from Φ219 to Φ5000 mm and the max. testing pressure is 50Mpa.
Production Process:
Pipe Loading - Pipe Connecting - Water Filling - Pressurizing - Pressure Maintaining - Pressure Relieving - Water Exhausting - Pipe Exit
