Designed & Manufactured Automatic Strength Slitting Line  for ERW and Spiral Welded Pipe Mill
Slitting line is used to open the coil, level the steel, cut to pieces with circle shear, recoiling the steel, and pack the coils.

This line combined the slitting line and the cut to length line. It can slit the steel the same as the cut to length. Besides, it also can firstly slit, cut to length, and stack (called steel unloading machine).

Our company has many patent technologies. Automatic centering uncoiler guarantees the coil automatic centering to the mill center. Mill can have smooth production. Hydraulic steel arrangement device can put the steel in the right position to let the steel smoothly enter into the tensioner and separating slice. It decreases the labor intervention and improves the efficiency. The steel ends bending device can guarantee the tight clamp by jaw to improve the reliability of jaw. Hydraulic independent jaw can fix the steel and so on.

Production Process:
Coil Loading → Uncoiler → Precise Leveller → Cut to Length → Circle Shea r→ Scraps Recoiling → Pre-Seperating Throwing Car and Accumulator → Discharge Stacker → Delivery Device and Fixed Separating Head → Ends Bending Device → Tensioner → Recoiler

1.We used steel wire and wooden frame to fix the pipe mill.
2.In addition,used shackproff film to  protect hte main motors.
3.We used containers for shipping.
4.Generally seaking,we start at Tianjin sea port,but we also can start at other port according to  customers needs.
