Spiral Pipe Facing and Beveling Machine
Spiral pipe/straight seam submerged-arc welding pipe facing and beveling machine is mainly used for pipe end facing and beveling. The pipe end facing and beveling machine has profile beveling knife with beautiful beveling outlook.
The pipe end facing and beveling machine diameter range in our company is from Φ219 to Φ5000mm. The wall thickness is from 3mm to 40mm. The pipe length is from 6m to 12m. The material is from Q235B to X100.
Process
Pipe Loading - Pipe Connecting - Left Alignment - Pipe Feeding - Clamping - Chamfering at Left End - Clamper Loosen - Pipe Delivery - Right Alignment - Clamping - Chamfering at Right End - Clamper Loosen - Pipe Exit
Features
1) This machine can complete the chamfering of the inside and outside of the pipe end at one time, fast and accurate, and easy to operate.
2) In order to ensure that the center line of the pipe and the cutter head is accurate and unchanged, the fixture and the cutter head are precisely designed to complete the processing objects in a unified manner.
3) The newly designed cutter head, accurately positioned fixtures, and excellent hydraulic locking device ensure the quality of chamfering.
4) The feeding speed and cutting speed of the equipment can be adjusted according to the pipe diameter and wall thickness.
5) The hydraulic system adopts Beijing Huade hydraulic valve, which effectively controls the fast forward, forward and return stroke of the slider, and the operation is safe and reliable.
