High Technology Automatic Hydrotester of Spiral Welded Pipe for Spiral Welded Pipe Mill
Spiral welded pipe/straight seam submerged-arc welding pipe hydrotester is mainly used for testing the pipe. It adopts polyamine end sealing and internal support large gap sealing two kinds of sealing method. Besides, this line has oil-water balance system. The industrial computer can record, store, and print the testing results. The hydrotester has the advantages, such as stable pressure maintaining, high safety.
The hydrotester in our company can test the pipe diameter from Φ219 to Φ5000 mm and the max. testing pressure is 50Mpa.
Production Process: Pipe Loading - Pipe Connecting - Water Filling - Pressurizing - Pressure Maintaining - Pressure Relieving - Water Exhausting - Pipe Exit
Packing&Shipping: 1.We used steel wire and wooden frame to fix the pipe mill.
2.In addition,used shackproff film to protect hte main motors.
3.We used containers for shipping.
4.Generally seaking,we start at Tianjin sea port,but we also can start at other port according to customers needs.
