Hydro Testing Machine for Large Diameter Spiral Pipe Mill
Large diameter spiral pipe hydro testing machine is mainly used for testing the large diameter pipe for SSAW pipe mill. It adopts polyamine end sealing and internal support large gap sealing two kinds of sealing method. Besides, this machine has oil-water balance system. The industrial computer can record, store, and print the testing results. The hydro testing machine has the advantages such as stable pressure maintaining, high safety, efficient. The use of hydrostatic testing helps to ensure the safety standards and durability of the pipes.
The hydro testing machine in our company can test the pipe from 219mm to 5000mm. Max. testing pressure is 50Mpa.

Pipe Loading - Flushing - Pipe Connection - Welding Seam Rotating - Water Filling - Pressurizing - Pressure Maintaining - Pressure Relief - Water Exhausting - Water Empty - Pipe Exit
