High Qualified Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe Production Line
The seamless tube production line of our company uses the world's advanced technology to produce qualified hot-rolled seamless steel tubes. Main uses: petroleum casing, high-pressure fluid delivery pipe, boiler pipe, structural pipe and machining pipe, etc.
For the Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe Mill, due to the relatively small range of forging temperature of stainless steel, it cannot be rolled after piercing. The pierced tube is directly subjected to rapid water cooling and then subjected to cold processing. There are two types of cold processing, one is cold rolling process and the other is cold drawing process.
Cold rolling is the use of the Pilger Mill to reduce the diameter and wall thickness of steel pipes, which has the advantages of high precision and good surface quality, but low processing efficiency.
Cold drawing processing has high efficiency, but the surface quality of steel pipe is not as good as cold rolling. Cold drawing machines are devided into hydraulic cold drawing machines and chain mechanical cold drawing machines. Generally, hydraulic cold drawing machines are used for large diameter steel pipes, while mechanical chain cold drawing machines are used for small diameter steel pipes.
Cold rolling and cold drawing processes are also commonly used to process precision seamless carbon steel pipes.
Production Process:
1. Perforation Ares : Steel Billet → Peeling → Inspection → Grinding → Sawing → Cold Centering → Heating →(High-Pressure Water Descaling) → Piercing → Water Cooling →Packaging
2.Cold Processing Area: Steel Pipe→ Pickling→ Phosphating→ saponification→ Cold Drawing→ Cold Rolling → Annealing→ Cutting Head and Tail→ Straightening→Hydrostatic Testing → Chamfering → UT → Eddy Current Testing→Manual Inspection → Packaging
4. Packaging Area: Steel Pipe→ Weighing, Measuring and Marking → Packaging→ Film Wrapping→ Finished Product Storage
Packing & Shipping
1. We use steel wire and wooden frame to fix the pipe mill.
2. In addition, used shockproof film to protect the main motors.
3. We use containers for shipping.
4. Generally speaking, we start at Tianjin sea port, but we also can start at other port according to customers need.
