According to the different functions of the pipes, the special type spiral welded pipe mills can be divided to oil filter small size spiral welded pipe mill, channeling spiral welded pipe mill used for discharging the gas in the coal pit, oil tank thin large diameter spiral welded pipe mill, spaceflight aluminum alloy spiral welded pipe mill, ripple pipe large diameter spiral welded pipe mill and so on.
Special spiral welded pipe mill is developed according to the customer's special requirement. Therefore, all the types are not limited above. They will be more according to the requirement.

Loading Coil → Uncoiling → Leveling → Shear Butt Welding → Edge Milling → Feeding→ Pre-Bending and Guiding → Forming → Pre-Welding → Cutting → Pipe Delivering →Precise Welding → Pipe Loading → Finding The Welding Position → Pipe Rotating And Internal & External Welding → Pipe Exiting → Welding Seam Grinding → X-Ray Inspecting → Pipe End Expanding → Hydro Testing → UT Continuous Detecting → Pipe End Facing And Beveling → Weighting, Measuring , Marking → Finished Product Collecting.
