Straight seam welded pipe/amless pipe high pressure hydrotester
The straight seam welded pipe/amless pipe hydrotester is mainly used for testing the pipe. It adopts large gap sealing. The pressure normally is 70Mpa. The max. pressure is 130Mpa. The hydrotester has the complete safety protective work to guarantee the workman safety. The industrial computer can record, store, and print the results with the advantages such as high efficiency, simple operation, convenient repairing, high testing pressure, long life sealing ring, high safety and so on.
The high pressure hydrotester in our company is from Φ20 to Φ711mm. Max. testing pressure is 130Mpa.
Production process:
Pipe loading-Flushing-Pipe connection-welding seam rotating-water filling-pressurizing-pressure maintaining-pressure relief-water exhausting -water empty-pipe exit
