 Pipe End Facing and Beveling Machine For Pipe Production Line 

The ERW pipe and seamless pipe end chamfering machine is mainly used for processing the pipe end. The pipe end chamfering machine has profile beveling knife with beautiful beveling outlook. The chamfering machine has an automatic working mode with high efficiency, stability and reliability.

The pipe end chamfering machine is used for the pipe diameter from Φ20 to Φ711mm. The wall thickness is from 1mm to 25mm. The pipe length is from 3m to 16m. The material is from Q235B to X100.

Production Process:
Pipe Loading - Pipe Connecting - Left Alignment - Pipe Feeding -Clamping - Chamfering at Left End - Clamper Loosen - Pipe Delivery - Right Alignment - Clamping - Chamfering at Right End - Clamper Loosen - Pipe Exit

Packing & Shipping:
1.We used steel wire and wooden frame to fix the pipe mill.
2.In addition,used shackproff film to  protect hte main motors.
3.We used containers for shipping.
4.Generally seaking,we start at Tianjin sea port,but we also can start at other port according to  customers needs.
