The Assel pipe rolling mill is the main equipment for extended rolling of pierced hollow pipe billet by using the three-roll cross rolling process in steel pipe production. The seamless pipe produced by our Assel pipe rolling mill are the best in the industry.
The Assel pipe rolling mill is mainly used to manufacture thick-walled tubes for bearings and mechanical structures. For steel pipes with a diameter of less than Ф240mm and a ratio of diameter to wall thickness of less than 12, the outer diameter deviation is ±0.5%, and the wall thickness deviation is ±5~7.5%. It has the characteristics of simple equipment, flexible process, low production investment, advanced technology, high rolling precision and moderate output.
