The oil casing production line of our company uses the world's advanced technology to produce qualified hot-rolled seamless steel tubes. It is used to produce oil well drill pipe, oil casing, oil and natural gas transmission pipe, as well as common transmission pipeline and structural pipe. In line with the principle of advanced technology, reasonable technology, compact structure and saving investment, the heating furnace adopts convenient and efficient ring heating furnace, the main machines adopt the modern advanced perforator, Accu-Roll precision pipe rolling machine, 18 frames reducer, and the six rolls straightener.

Production Process:
Billet Feeding → Inspecting → Grinding → Sawing → Heating → Piercing → A-R Rolling → Reducing → Cooling → Straightening → Pipe Cutting → Eddy Current Detecting → Manual Inspecting → Packing
